• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or exploit the app
• Interfere with our servers or infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or code
• Impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws

• You own the content you create in the app.
• You grant Daily Gym Motivation permission to store and process that content as needed to provide app functionality.
• You remain responsible for what you submit.

All branding, logos, graphics, design, software and content belonging to Daily Gym Motivation remain the intellectual property of Daily Gym Motivation unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute or resell our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Gym Motivation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Features, pricing and functionality may change over time. We may update these Terms when necessary, and continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
